Karin Badillo Trujillo joined Salesforce—a company she had long admired for its market leadership and as a platform she had personally used for more than a decade. With a clear understanding of the impact a well-designed Salesforce implementation can have, she was eager to help clients bring their vision to life.
While working full time at Salesforce, Karin completed her 200-hour yoga teacher training with Mimi Yoga in Miami, and later the Karma Yoga Mentorship with Camimi in 2025, where she deepened her skills in sequencing and building intentional flows.
In the Professional Services organization, Karin supports enterprise manufacturing clients, drawing on her experience with first-party data, machine learning, and CRM strategy to deliver meaningful results. She began as an Associate Account Partner, quickly earning trust and recognition for her collaborative approach, which led to her promotion to Account Partner.
Today, Karin partners with some of the world’s most strategic manufacturing companies, helping them maximize the value of their Salesforce investment. Her work bridges people and technology, guiding clients through transformation in an era where AI is reshaping what’s possible.
After her time at Google, Karin sought a role where she could work more closely and directly with clients in a dynamic environment. At Wunderkind, she partnered with leading publishers such as Condé Nast, CNN, and Trusted Media Brands as the primary Client Partner. She helped design and negotiate SaaS and Professional Services agreements tailored to each partner’s goals.
Beyond client work, Karin mentored and trained a team of eight Customer Success Managers, fostering a collaborative and accountable culture. The experience expanded her perspective on the SaaS landscape and also allowed her to return to her roots in Florida, working remotely while maintaining strong client relationships.
At Google, Karin moved from an individual contributor role into managing high-value enterprise accounts in the FinTech and Insurance sectors, overseeing more than $150 million in advertising revenue. She worked with clients to integrate first-party CRM data into machine learning models, enabling better targeting and campaign performance.
Her focus on long-term partnerships and data-driven strategy supported year-over-year growth and contributed to Google’s evolving AI-driven advertising capabilities. Karin managed the full sales cycle—from first conversations to post-campaign analysis—ensuring clients achieved measurable results.
Karin began her career at Pandora as the sole Customer Success representative in Florida, building relationships with clients across the region. Her dedication and results led to a move to Pandora’s New York City office, where she managed some of the company’s largest enterprise accounts, including AT&T, Sprint, and TJX Companies.
During this time, Karin began practicing yoga for the first time following the loss of her father, and later returned to it when back pain from long hours at a computer reminded her of the importance of movement and mindfulness.
Her ability to understand client needs and deliver solutions helped strengthen Pandora’s partnerships in both regional and national markets.
